Mary Bernuth brings more than four decades of multidisciplinary experience to her role as Co-Founder and President of Pharos Premium Infused Beverages. Her career began in trade show production and design, working in New York and Sydney on major product launches for global brands such as Volvo and Amway. She later worked in film publicity, supporting high-profile campaigns for studios including 20th Century Fox and Columbia Pictures.

Returning to the U.S., Mary transitioned into the nonprofit sector, leading a successful fund development consulting firm that served national nonprofits, international NGOs, and humanitarian relief organizations. Her deep understanding of storytelling, fundraising, and mission-driven leadership became a hallmark of her work.

At age 50, Mary completed her graduate degree and founded Conscious Living Therapy, where she provided executive coaching and psychodynamic counseling to entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives navigating growth, change, and personal transformation. That experience continues to shape her approach at Pharos, where she blends empathy, intention, and business insight to guide the brand's strategy and consumer engagement.
