Attendance is exclusive to hemp beverage manufacturer’s and breweries, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and licensed cannabis operators.

The cost to attend depends on your business type, registration date, and product selection. 

Yes. Only adults 21+ are allowed to enter the event. No children are allowed.

Sampling of products is allowed on the Exhibit Hall Floor by exhibitors exclusively. Outside products are not permitted on the show floor or for distribution.

To ensure the value and exclusivity of the content presented during the conference, we have established the following policy regarding the use of conference recordings:

1. Access to Recordings: Access to the recordings of the sessions at Hemp Beverage Expo is exclusively limited to individuals who have registered and paid to attend the conference. This access is intended to allow attendees to revisit the content presented for personal and professional use only.
2. Sharing: The recordings are for your individual use and may not be shared with non-attendees under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to sharing the recordings directly or uploading them to any public or private network, social media platform, or other forms of distribution.
3. Downloading or Reproduction: Downloading, reproducing, or any form of copying of the conference recordings is strictly prohibited. Attendees are encouraged to access the content through the official Hemp Beverage Expo platforms.
4. Required Written Consent for Use: Any use of the conference material beyond personal review, including but not limited to educational purposes, public presentations, or promotional activities, requires the expressed, written consent of Jage Media, Inc. dba Hemp Beverage Expo. Enforcement: Violation of this policy may potentially impact your ability to participate in future HBE events.

Thank you for your understanding. We have secured permission to record the individuals for republishing through our media platforms only. Republishing this content could expose you to demand for royalties from presenters and would be an infringement on our copyrighted content.

We do not sell, rent or distribute lists of any kind to anyone.

Clients agree not to host, sponsor, promote, or publish any external hospitality function that conflicts with any programming or networking events that are produced by Event Management and part of the official Event schedule. This is not to impede any small group events but to avoid Clients holding large functions that are in conflict with official hospitality events. Failure to comply may result in loss of exhibit space, sponsorship status, or event access. Please contact our sales team to explore our bespoke hospitality service offerings.

For easy access, we’ve arranged three exclusive HBE room blocks at hotels within walking distance.

Leading up to the event, all attendees will gain access to the Engage networking platform that facilitates scheduling of 1:1 meetings.
