Justin Crouch is the Vice President of Business Development at Southern Crown Partners, where he leverages over a decade of experience in brand building, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution to drive growth across the company’s portfolio. Known for his ability to scale startups into regional and national brands, Justin brings a proven track record of strategic leadership within the craft beverage industry.

He began his career as one of the first employees at Wicked Weed Brewing, where he played a key role in expanding the brand’s presence throughout the Southeast and ultimately served as Chief Operating Officer. After Wicked Weed’s acquisition by Anheuser-Busch, Justin went on to lead Appalachian Mountain Brewery as General Manager, further deepening his expertise in operations, supplier relations, and brand development.
